MY STORY 

 

I've been on my fitness journey for 12-plus years and I've had my own struggles with weight loss and body dysmorphia. I’ve been overweight for the majority of my teens and young adulthood. Over the years, I have successfully lost over 70lbs by learning to properly fuel my body. I can proudly say that I’ve been able to maintain a healthy body weight after years of crash dieting and not feeling my most confident. I understand the importance of mindset and habit change to achieve a body and mind that I am proud of. I grew up not being very athletic and afraid of pushing myself. I tried multiple sports and always felt like the weakest link. As a woman, I never wanted to be perceived as being too strong or masculine. It wasn’t until I started working out that I truly felt like I belonged and felt celebrated for being a strong woman. I now understand and believe that being strong is both powerful and sexy and my mission is to enforce that narrative. My background stems from bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, and calisthenics. My focus as an athlete is to continuously push my mind and body to new limits and to never stop evolving. I am and will continue to be unstoppable.
