As a professional trainer, I am dedicated to helping my clients become stronger both in and outside the gym. My mission is to provide my clients with the necessary tools to feel empowered and confident in their lives. Everybody is unique, with their strengths and limitations. My approach is to build a personalized plan based on each individual's health, schedule, and fitness goals. I aim to guide my clients to transform their minds and bodies by influencing them to make more mindful decisions regarding their health and fitness. I will guide you along your journey by helping you improve your habits and encourage you to take control of your life even during the busiest and most stressful times.

1-1 IN PERSON TRAINING
$100/hour + GST

Habit's Coaching in (Sleep, Eating, Connection, & Exercise).
Weekly check-in via True Coach App.
(Clients must be training with me a minimum of 1-2x per week to receive these benefits).
ONLINE COACHING
$300/month + GST
Optional Video Feedback going over form and technique.
Monday-Friday availability for active feedback and discussion via What's App.
Personalized programming and ongoing program adjustments via True Coach App.
Optional Habit's Coaching in (Sleep, Eating, Connection & Exercise).
Weekly Check-in via True Coach App.
15-minute Optional Weekly Check-in via What's App Video or FaceTime.

$400/month + GST
2 x In-Person PT sessions.

Personalized macro-focused meal plan tailored to your unique needs. This highlights areas such as your current lifestyle, eating habits, activity level, & preferred diet approach. Macro ONLY Plan (one-time fee of $50), Macro ongoing feedback & meal plan adjustments ($100/month).

HABIT'S COACHING

This looks at your current daily practices in the 4 areas of sleep, exercise, eating, and interpersonal connections. Based on lowest score & desired habit, we will look at a system that allows you to successfully incorporate healthier habits & eliminate those that are holding you back from reaching your fullest potential.
